A mix of science, paint, and whimsy

This page a digital portfolio of all my completed works. I mainly work in watercolor and digital mediums, but I occasionally experiment with acrylic or gouache painting as well. My art is primarily inspired by scientific illustrations, European folk art, early 2000's cartoons, and illustrations from children's books (A very eclectic mix, I know!). As for my style, I would describe it as whimsical with a focus on rounded shapes and painterly textures. But I frequently challenge myself with new techniques so I can grow as an artist.
